We offer free worldwide shipping and guarantee secure delivery through the use of courier services with reliable tracking numbers:
National Shipments (Spain): Through NACEX.
International Shipments: Managed by FEDEX.
For orders placed outside the European Union, it is important to note that local customs charges may apply which are not covered by our free delivery. In addition, these charges may result in delays beyond our control.
Our standard delivery times are as follows:
Spain: 1-10 days.
Europe: 3-10 days.
Rest of the World: 7-10 days.
If you wish to receive your order before these standard deadlines, please do not hesitate to contact us. Delivery dates may vary depending on the availability of our products in stock.
3. Return and Refund Policy
We offer returns and exchanges at no additional cost. All orders placed with us allow for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
If you wish to make an exchange or request a refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the process. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Please note the following:
- Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition.
- Custom parts orders are not eligible for return.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international shipments.
- If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us.
- Once a return has been received, the refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not comply with our return and exchange policies.
Changes
To request size changes, send the jewelry to Sunyer and we will make the necessary adjustment. We will ship the modified part to you within 7 working days.
Warranties and After-Sales Services
We offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects on our jewelry. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.
